21-Day Journeys: three weeks of daily audio
A 21-Day Journey is a single guided audio you listen to daily for three weeks: 10 to 15 minutes a day, with milestones at days 7, 14 and 21. relif ships three — general calm, social situations, and panic and health worry. Journeys are a Premium feature.

The 21-Day Journey
One small step a day, marked off as you go, with today’s step always in view.

The three journeys
- Finding Your Inner Calm. A calming audio you listen to for 21 days. Repetition allows the techniques to become second nature.
- Overcoming Social Anxiety. A soothing audio you listen to for 21 days. Repetition helps you feel safe and confident in social situations.
- Calming Panic & Health Anxiety. A grounding audio you listen to for 21 days. Repetition builds trust in your body and quiets health worries.
You run one journey at a time. Each is a daily listen rather than a course with new lessons — the design bet is repetition, not novelty.
How the three weeks are shaped
The 21 days are grouped as 3 × 7: a foundation week, a growth week and an integration week, with milestones at days 7, 14 and 21. Progress is drawn as a garden with six stages — seed, sprout, seedling, sapling, tree, blossom — because a plant that grows slowly is a better metaphor for this than a progress bar that shames you.
You can pause and resume, and there is a grace period for missed days. Missing a day does not reset your journey and does not revoke anything you have earned: relif’s achievement badges key off your longest streak, not your current one, so a broken run never takes a badge away.
Why 21 days, honestly
Because three weeks is long enough to establish a rhythm and short enough to finish — not because “research shows habits take 21 days”. That figure comes from a 1960s popular-psychology book, not from habit research, and the habit research that does exist found a much longer and far more variable timeline. Any app that cites the 21-day rule as science is repeating folklore, and we would rather say so.

What Premium adds around a journey
Premium subscribers also get AI-generated suggestions for which journey to run next and Liam’s weekly reflection in its fuller form — narrative rather than a stats snapshot, with 12 weeks of history instead of four.
Journeys are not the Community challenge
Two different things share the number 21. A Journey is solo audio inside the app, included with Premium. The 21-Day Challenges Community is a separate one-time purchase: a locale-scoped WhatsApp cohort with a daily practice check-in, an encouragement wall and optional accountability buddies — no leaderboard, no ranking. Premium includes Community access; buying Community alone does not include Premium.
Common questions
Can I try a journey for free?
Journeys are Premium only — they are not available on the free tier. Premium plans are offered with a free trial as a store introductory offer; the exact length is shown on your store’s purchase sheet. See pricing.
What happens if I miss a day?
Nothing punitive. There is a grace period, the app says “come back tomorrow” rather than “you missed a day”, and skipped days render neutral rather than red.
Is a journey a treatment programme?
No. Journeys are guided audio practice in a wellness app. relif does not diagnose or treat any condition, and a journey is not a substitute for therapy.
Can I run two journeys at once?
No — one at a time. You can pause the current one and start another.
