Boilerplate

Fifty words

relif is a free iOS and Android app for everyday anxiety and stress. It offers 20+ relief techniques across breathwork, grounding and affirmations, guided breathing with haptic feedback, mood tracking, journaling, and Liam — an AI companion, not a therapist. Available in eight languages. Premium unlocks journeys, reframing and deeper insights.

One hundred and fifty words

relif is a free mobile app for managing everyday anxiety and stress, available on iOS 15 and later and Android 8.0 and later, in eight languages with full right-to-left support.

It ships 20+ relief techniques across six categories — breathwork, grounding, affirmations, calming sound and bilateral audio, EMDR-inspired eye movement and somatic regulation — plus a guided breathing exercise with four presets and phase-synced haptics, daily mood check-ins with a 0–100 wellness score, three journaling styles, and Thought Release, which lets you name a worry and watch it dissolve in one of five animations.

Liam is relif’s AI companion — an AI, not a therapist or counsellor — tuned for supportive conversation across all eight languages, with memory you can inspect and delete.

Core features are free. Premium adds three 21-day audio journeys, an eight-step reframing process, and deeper weekly insights.

Please carry this line whenever the app is described in a health context: relif is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

Naming and style

  • relif is always lowercase, including at the start of a sentence. Not “Relif”, not “RELIF”, not “Relief”.
  • Liam is always described as an AI companion, with “AI” in the same sentence. Never “AI therapist”, “digital counsellor” or “chatbot therapist”.
  • Feature names: Relief Techniques, Breathing Exercise, Thought Release, Thought Reframe, 21-Day Journeys, Mood Tracker, Gratitude Journal, Weekly Insights, Community.
  • Say “evidence-informed”, not “evidence-based” or “clinically proven”.
