End User License Agreement

relif is licensed to You (End-User) by Ran Asanta, located and registered at Gnesin 11, Givatayim, Tel Aviv 5341911, Israel ("Licensor"), for use only under the terms of this License Agreement. Our VAT number is 318252160.

By downloading the Licensed Application from Apple's App Store or Google's Play Store (and any update thereto), you agree to be bound by all the terms of this License Agreement. (The App Store and Play Store are referred to herein as "Services.")

The Services are not parties to this Agreement. Ran Asanta is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content.

The Licensed Application is licensed for your use only under the terms of this Agreement; all rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

The Application

relif ("Licensed Application") is software designed to improve well-being by providing tools (e.g., breathing exercises, chatbot interactions, access to therapists) tailored for iOS and Android devices. It is not designed to comply with specific industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and must not be used if doing so would violate such regulations.


Scope of License

  1. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Licensed Application on devices you own or control.
  2. This license also covers updates of the Licensed Application unless a separate license is provided.
  3. You may not share, sell, rent, or otherwise distribute the Licensed Application without prior written consent.
  4. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works is prohibited (except with prior written consent).
  5. Copying is allowed only for backup on your devices.
  6. Violations may result in legal action.
  7. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.
  8. Third-party terms are not restricted by this license.

Technical Requirements

  1. The Licensed Application requires firmware version 1.0.0 or higher.
  2. Updates may be issued to comply with new firmware versions; no rights to updates are granted.
  3. It is your responsibility to ensure your device meets technical specifications.
  4. Technical requirements may change at any time.

Maintenance and Support

  1. Ran Asanta is solely responsible for maintenance and support.
  2. The Services (App Store/Play Store) are not obligated to provide support.

Use of Data

By using the Licensed Application, you acknowledge that Ran Asanta may access and adjust your downloaded content and personal information as governed by this document.
Periodic collection of technical data may be used to improve products or services.


User-Generated Contributions

The Licensed Application may allow you to create or submit content ("Contributions") which may be visible to other users.
You represent and warrant that your Contributions:

  1. Do not infringe on any proprietary rights.
  2. Are owned by you or you have permission to use them.
  3. Include consent from any identifiable individuals, if needed.
  4. Are accurate and not misleading.
  5. Are not unsolicited advertising or spam.
  6. Are not obscene or unlawful. Non-compliance may result in loss of rights to use the Application.

Contribution License

By posting Contributions, you grant Ran Asanta an unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, use, copy, reproduce, distribute, and display your Contributions for any purpose.
You waive any moral rights in your Contributions.


Liability

  1. Ran Asanta’s liability is limited to cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, and in cases of breach of essential duties, also slight negligence; liability is limited to foreseeable damages.
  2. Ran Asanta is not responsible for damages due to non-compliance with this Agreement.

Warranty

  1. Ran Asanta warrants that the Licensed Application is free of malware at download and functions as described.
  2. No warranty is provided for unauthorized modifications or usage with incompatible hardware/software.
  3. You must inspect the Application immediately after installation and report defects.
  4. If defective, Ran Asanta may remedy the issue or offer a replacement.
  5. If the Application fails to conform to warranty standards, you may request a refund through the relevant store.
  6. For business users, claims based on faults expire after 12 months; consumers retain statutory limitations.

Product Claims

Ran Asanta is responsible for addressing any claims related to the Licensed Application or its use, including product liability or non-compliance with legal requirements.


Legal Compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or listed on any restricted party list.

Termination

This license remains valid until terminated by either party. Breach of any term will result in automatic termination.


Third-Party Terms and Beneficiary

In any third-party claim of infringement, Ran Asanta is solely responsible for handling the claim.


Applicable Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, excluding conflict of law principles.


Miscellaneous

  1. If any term is invalid, the remainder of the Agreement will continue in full force.
  2. All changes or amendments must be made in writing.
