How to Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your relif account and its data from inside the app. It takes about a minute and needs an internet connection.

Open your account
- Open the relif app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Tap Profile in the bottom bar, scroll down to Account and tap My Account. You can also get there from the Settings icon at the top → Account.

Start the deletion
- Scroll down to Danger Zone and tap Delete Account.
- Read the list of what will be deleted, then tap Continue.
- If you have an active subscription, a reminder explains that deleting your account does not cancel it. Tap Manage Subscription First to cancel it now, or I understand, proceed with deletion.

Confirm
- Type DELETE and tap Delete All Data.
- Confirm it's you: enter your password, or tap Sign in with Google to confirm / Sign in with Apple to confirm, depending on how you sign in to relif.
- When it's done you'll see a confirmation, and the app returns to the sign-in screen.
Using relif as a guest, without an account? The steps are the same, through Profile → My Account, and there is no identity check.
Important Notes:
- Data Removal: Deleting your account will permanently remove all your personal information, usage data, and any content associated with your account.
- Retention Period: Some data may be retained for legal, security, or operational purposes for up to 30 days after deletion.
- Irreversible Action: This action cannot be undone. Ensure that you have backed up any important data before proceeding.
- Subscription: Deleting your account will NOT automatically cancel your subscription. Cancel it separately through the App Store or Google Play.
- Derived Analytics: Historical derived onboarding analytics are anonymized as part of account deletion. Aggregate reports that no longer identify you may remain.
