Permanently remove your relif account and all associated data

This action cannot be undone.

How to Delete Your Account

We’re sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your relif account and all associated data, please follow the steps below:

  1. Ensure You Are Logged In:
  • Open the relif app on your device.
  • Make sure you are logged in to the account you want to delete.
  1. Navigate to Account Settings:
  • Go to the Profile section within the app.
  • Click on the Settings icon.
  • Click on My Account.
  1. Initiate Deletion:
  • Scroll down to find the Delete Account option.
  • Click on Delete Account and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.

Important Notes:

  • Data Removal: Deleting your account will permanently remove all your personal information, usage data, and any content associated with your account.
  • Retention Period: Some data may be retained for legal or operational purposes for up to 30 days after deletion.
  • Irreversible Action: This action cannot be undone. Ensure that you have backed up any important data before proceeding.
  • Subscription: Deleting your account will also cancel your subscription, if you have one.
