How to Delete Your Account
We’re sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your relif account and all associated data, please follow the steps below:
- Ensure You Are Logged In:
- Open the relif app on your device.
- Make sure you are logged in to the account you want to delete.
- Navigate to Account Settings:
- Go to the Profile section within the app.
- Click on the Settings icon.
- Click on My Account.
- Initiate Deletion:
- Scroll down to find the Delete Account option.
- Click on Delete Account and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.
Important Notes:
- Data Removal: Deleting your account will permanently remove all your personal information, usage data, and any content associated with your account.
- Retention Period: Some data may be retained for legal or operational purposes for up to 30 days after deletion.
- Irreversible Action: This action cannot be undone. Ensure that you have backed up any important data before proceeding.
- Subscription: Deleting your account will also cancel your subscription, if you have one.
