Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and relif, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a Delaware limited liability company.
By accessing or using our mobile application relif ("the App"), our website at https://myrelif.com, or any related products and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use immediately.
The Services are intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

relif, LLC operates a mental health and wellness application designed to help users manage anxiety and improve their overall well-being. Our Services include:
- Mobile Application: The relif app available on iOS and Android
- AI Chat Companion: An AI-powered conversational tool for emotional support
- Wellness Tools: Breathing exercises, meditations, affirmations, and mood tracking
- Therapist Connections: Facilitation of connections with licensed mental health professionals
- Community Features: Forums, support groups, and shared experiences
- Educational Content: Courses and resources about anxiety management
- Subscription Services: Premium features available through paid subscriptions
Important: Our Services are for general wellness purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Intellectual Property
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including:
- Source code, databases, and software
- Website and app designs
- Text, images, graphics, and logos
- Trademarks and service marks ("Marks")
All content and Marks are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Use of Our Services
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Download and install the App on devices you own or control
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our Services
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use our Marks without prior written permission
- Use the Services for any commercial purpose without authorization
Your Submissions
By submitting feedback, suggestions, or ideas to us, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such submissions into our Services.
3. User Representations
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that:
- All registration information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete
- You will maintain the accuracy of such information
- You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
- You are at least 13 years old (or have parental consent if a minor)
- You will not access the Services through automated means (bots, scripts, etc.)
- You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Your use will not violate any applicable law or regulation
- You are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargo
4. User Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Not create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

- Safe Inquiry process (based on evidence-based techniques)
Therapist Connections
We facilitate connections between users and independent licensed mental health professionals. Important:
- Therapists are independent contractors, not employees of relif
- We do not provide therapy services directly
- All therapeutic relationships are between you and the therapist
- Therapist fees are separate from app subscription fees
Premium Features
Certain features are available only to premium subscribers. Feature availability and pricing are subject to change.
6. Purchases and Payment
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through:
- Apple App Store (for iOS users)
- Google Play Store (for Android users)
- Other third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe)
Your Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate payment information
- Pay all charges at the prices in effect when incurred
- Pay applicable taxes
Pricing
All prices are displayed in the applicable app store in your local currency. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect active subscriptions until renewal.
7. Subscriptions
Subscription Plans
We offer the following subscription options:
- Monthly subscriptions
- Semi-annual subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions
Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your payment method will be charged at renewal.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Apple App Store settings (iOS)
- Google Play Store settings (Android)
- Account settings within the App
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then.
Free Trials
We may offer free trial periods. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.
8. Community Features
Community Guidelines
Our community features (forums, support groups, shared experiences) are subject to the following rules:
You must:
- Treat other users with respect and kindness
- Maintain confidentiality of other users' shared experiences
- Report concerning content to moderators
You must not:
- Share harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
- Provide medical advice (unless you are a verified licensed professional)
- Solicit personal information from other users
- Engage in harassment, bullying, or discrimination
- Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content
- Impersonate other users or staff
Moderation
We reserve the right to:
- Review and moderate all community content
- Remove content that violates these guidelines
- Suspend or ban users who repeatedly violate rules
- Report illegal content to appropriate authorities
9. Refunds Policy
General Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:
- Subscription fees already charged
- Unused portions of subscriptions
- Therapist session fees
Exceptions
Refunds may be available:
- Through the App Store or Google Play according to their policies
- In cases of technical issues preventing service access (at our discretion)
- As required by applicable consumer protection laws
Therapist Services
Refunds for therapist services are handled directly by the therapist according to their individual policies.
10. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our Services to:
- Data Extraction: Systematically retrieve data to create a collection or database
- Fraud: Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users
- Security Violations: Bypass or circumvent security measures
- Harassment: Harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Misinformation: Upload or transmit false information
- Spam: Send unsolicited communications
- Automated Use: Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems
- Interference: Disrupt or burden our systems or networks
- Impersonation: Impersonate another user or person
- Unauthorized Access: Access accounts or data without permission
- Malware: Upload viruses or malicious code
- Illegal Activities: Use Services for any illegal purpose
- Competition: Use information to compete with us
- Reselling: Sell or transfer access to your account
11. User Generated Contributions
You may submit content to our Services ("Contributions"), including:

- Reviews and feedback
- Shared experiences
Your Warranties
By posting Contributions, you represent that:
- You own or have rights to the content
- Content does not infringe on others' rights
- Content is accurate and not misleading
- Content complies with applicable laws
- You have consent from any identifiable individuals
- Content is not harmful, offensive, or inappropriate
12. Contribution License
By posting Contributions, you grant us a:
- Non-exclusive

- Royalty-free
- Perpetual
- Irrevocable
- Sublicensable
license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your Contributions in connection with our Services.
You retain ownership of your Contributions but waive any moral rights to the extent permitted by law.
13. Guidelines for Reviews
If you post reviews, ratings, or testimonials:
- They must reflect your genuine experience
- They must be accurate and not misleading
- You must disclose any material connections (e.g., if you received free services)
- You may not post reviews for compensation from competitors
- Reviews must not contain offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines.
14. Mobile Application License
License Grant
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Use the App in violation of applicable laws
App Store Terms
Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. These app distributors are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Updates
We may release updates to the App. You are responsible for installing updates to ensure continued functionality and security.
15. Social Media
You may link your social media accounts to our Services. We are not responsible for:
- Content posted on external social media platforms
- Actions of third-party social media providers
- Privacy practices of social media platforms
Please review the privacy policies of any social media services you connect.
16. Services Management
We reserve the right to:
- Monitor the Services for violations of these Terms
- Take legal action against violators
- Refuse, restrict, or terminate access at our discretion
- Remove or disable content at any time
- Manage the Services to protect our rights and property
17. Privacy Policy
Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
18. Term and Termination
Term
These Terms remain in effect while you use our Services.
Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- Using the account deletion feature in Settings
- Contacting us at support@myrelif.com
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in prohibited activities
- Create legal liability for us
- Are subject to legal requirements that prohibit your use
Effects of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Services ceases immediately
- We may delete your account and data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect
19. Modifications and Interruptions
Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
Interruptions
We do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. We may experience:
- Hardware, software, or network problems
- Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
- Interruptions beyond our control
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For users in Israel, mandatory consumer protection laws may apply in addition to Delaware law.
21. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@myrelif.com to attempt informal resolution. We will try to resolve disputes within 30 days.
Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Exceptions: Either party may bring claims in small claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions or collective arbitrations.
Forum Selection
For any disputes not subject to arbitration, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Delaware or the courts having jurisdiction in your place of residence.
22. Corrections
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Services at any time without notice.
23. Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or completeness of content
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Security of data transmission

24. Limitations of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
We will not be liable for any:

- Damages from unauthorized access to your data
- Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless relif, LLC and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your Contributions
- Any dispute between you and a therapist
26. User Data
We maintain data you provide to manage the performance of our Services. You are responsible for the data you submit and ensuring you have backups of important information. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
27. Electronic Communications
By using our Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including:
- Account notifications
- Service updates
- Marketing communications (which you can opt out of)
Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.

29. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices, constitute the entire agreement between you and relif, LLC regarding the Services.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Assignment
We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not assign your rights without our written consent.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries
Except for app store providers as noted in Section 14, these Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

The relif application ("Licensed Application") is licensed to you ("End-User") by relif, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company located at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States ("Licensor").
By downloading the Licensed Application from Apple's App Store or Google's Play Store (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by this EULA. The Services are not parties to this Agreement.
Scope of License
- You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Licensed Application on devices you own or control.
- This license covers updates unless a separate license is provided.
- You may not share, sell, rent, or distribute the Licensed Application.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works is prohibited.
- Copying is allowed only for backup purposes.
- Violations may result in legal action and termination.
Technical Requirements
The Licensed Application requires iOS 14.0 or later for Apple devices, and Android 8.0 or later for Android devices. We may release updates to maintain compatibility with new OS versions.
Maintenance and Support
relif, LLC is solely responsible for maintenance and support. The App Store and Play Store have no obligation to provide support services.
Warranty
We warrant that the Licensed Application is free of malware at the time of download and functions as described in its documentation. No warranty is provided for unauthorized modifications or use with incompatible hardware/software.
Product Claims
relif, LLC is responsible for addressing any claims related to the Licensed Application, including product liability claims or regulatory compliance.
Intellectual Property
relif, LLC is responsible for handling any third-party claims of intellectual property infringement related to the Licensed Application.
Termination
This license is valid until terminated. Breach of any term results in automatic termination.
Third-Party Beneficiaries
Apple, Google, and their subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
